When you are short of ideas for an accompaniment dish, try this incredible Lebanese Batata Harra. So delicious, yet so simple to make!

Ingredients

  •  6 large red potatoes
  • 1 cup of chopped coriander
  • 6 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper ( or to taste, depending on how spicy you like it)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Peel and cut the potatoes into medium size cubes (2,5 cm). Toss with olive oil and spread on a baking sheet and cook in oven on 400 degrees F, for 20 to 25 minutes or until well cooked. In a pan on medium heat, fry altogether the coriander, garlic and olive oil, add potatoes and toss for 2 minutes, add the lemon juice and season.
